The remit was to provide AWS skills and mentorship for the team to support them whilst hiring permanent capability into the team, and to support them through a period of demand and growth.

Working closely with Partful’s CTO, XCD Partners were engaged to provide support with Partful’s serverless cloud platform. The engagement started with an AWS Well-Architected Review to establish an overview of where the team and product were. XCD Partners contributed to the growth of the Partful technical team by helping to hire and mentor a new Senior Cloud Engineer into the team, improved Partful’s customer outreach program capability, provided guidance on external API design, and realised cost savings.
