Whitecap Consulting were engaged with a Financial Services customer leading on a due diligence exercise for the procurement of a new digital banking platform. XCD Partner’s remit was to understand the technology landscape for the digital banking platform, to identify and surface any risk, and to present those findings along with recommendations to the customer.
How XCD Partners helped
XCD Partners engaged directly with the customer, with Whitecap Consulting, and with the digital banking platform vendor. Initial conversations were held to understand the brief and the customer’s requirements closely followed by a session with the digital banking platform vendor’s technical team to establish a good understanding of the technology stack facilitating the necessary next steps for the review process. This culminated in a report which comprised an AWS Well-Architected Review, an Operational Process review, a Tooling review and Team Structure review.
