XCD Partners were engaged by NSPCC to support us in the delivery of three key objectives; a strategic review of our key systems and underlying risks, the creation of our BAU Delivery Roadmap and the building of deeper and increasingly vital relationships within our Executive community, as we embark on a period of significant change.
Amy, leading the engagement from XCD Partners, worked closely with our Board of Directors and the Senior Leadership Team, to quickly understand the key priorities of our business functions, the most impactful areas the engagement should focus on and delivered an outcome that set us on course for success, balancing both our transformation change agenda with a collective awareness of our BAU challenges.
The wider XCD Partners team worked across the Society, focussed on Technology Architecture, Risk Discovery and Programme Delivery. They successfully embedded a framework we can use moving forwards to review our entire estate, making key recommendations for our highest profile services and systems. We continue to retain their services in the Delivery function, augmenting our team; both as a capacity enabler but equally as a Partner who understands our business and how we work best, together.
Amy, Will and team, took the time to guide us on how best to use their resource, not dictating but listening and understanding before advising. They worked with our Exec leaders to build confidence in our strategy and remained clear with our teams on how they would embed best practice, support our objectives and enable us to equip ourselves with the ability to sustainably continue delivery, with clear goals and handovers in place. Our environment is fast paced and complex, providing a critical service to the country and XCD Partners both respected and passionately cared about the purpose and mission of the NSPCC.
We continue to engage with XCD Partners and would recommend them with confidence to anyone seeking Exec Technology guidance, Strategic Technology Road mapping or Technology Product Delivery.
