I’m Amy, co-founder of XCD Partners. As a people-centered leader, I bring a wealth of experience in strategy, change management, and Executive team/Board technology alignment. With nearly two decades of leadership roles in both consulting and corporate settings, I have honed my expertise in technology alignment, functional optimisation and complex change delivery. I am dedicated to empowering organisations to navigate information technology challenges. My approach balances accountability and outcomes, supporting leadership, fostering seamless business partnerships, and delivering customer-focused results. Whether you need CIO advisory, change program management, or functional leadership optimisation, I am committed to providing strategic solutions that drive value and foster success for your organisation.
Gordon Brown
Technology Director
I’m Gordon, a co-founder of XCD Partners. Since tinkering with my first Commodore 64, let’s just say “a while ago”, I’ve always had an interest in technology and computing. With almost 2 decades of my career focused on architecting and delivering technology solutions spanning many sectors including telco, marketing, and healthcare, I genuinely enjoy getting stuck into solving challenging issues with simple technology solutions. As Technology Director, my passion lies in steering the course of innovative solutions, ensuring that technology not only meets the needs of today but anticipates the challenges of tomorrow, and always keeps operational simplicity front and centre. I‘m committed to driving XCD Partners to the forefront of technology leadership, crafting strategies that not only solve problems but redefine the landscape of possibility.
Will Parker
Commercial, Sales & Marketing Director
I’m Will, co-founder of XCD Partners. Having spent my professional life in the Technology Recruitment and Professional Services sector, I identified the need for a Partner who combined deep Technology expertise, with a love of their vocation, sought to add meaningful value to clients, delivered this with passion, whilst remaining accessible, equitable and honest. I have the pleasure of working alongside Amy and Gordon, where my role is to build strategies and communities to solve our clients most high profile and pressing challenges, prioritising transparent communication and long-term relationships. A keen traveller and fitness enthusiast, I’m committed to developing partnerships with our customers we’re proud to return to, time and again.
